Valerie had mugs made for all of us at Ride for Joy. What a great Christmas present. An artist/friend she knows in Houston painted them. I love mine and today was the first cup of coffee in it.

The field across the road from me has been harvested and now Glen (the farmer) is discing it under. The different layers caught my eye as I was walking Taylor. The cornstalks, the plowed earth, the autumn trees, and the new snow on the mountains.
